Job Summary

  • Identify and prospect potential clients within the US market, prioritizing remote lead generation for staffing services and SOWs.
  • Conduct outreach via email, including cold messaging and other remote methods to engage potential clients.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships remotely, understanding their unique business needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions and proposals aligning with client objectives.
  • Drive the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring a seamless client experience.
  • Nurture existing accounts remotely to maximize revenue opportunities and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven sales or business development experience, preferably within the staffing industry.
  • Strong understanding of the US market with demonstrated expertise in remote lead generation and client acquisition. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
