About the Role:



Snapscale is looking for an experienced Dental Virtual Assistant with experience working virtually with US dental clinics/orthodontic offices/dental surgery centers. This role will support a US-based dental practice and is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills, experience in dental administration, and the ability to provide excellent patient support while managing key front-office and insurance-related functions.



Key Responsibilities May Include:



  • Conduct insurance verification and benefits eligibility checks
  • Answer inbound calls and assist patients with inquiries
  • Follow up on appointment confirmations and reminders
  • Schedule, reschedule, and coordinate patient appointments
  • Maintain and update patient records in the EMR system
  • Ensure accurate documentation and efficient patient coordination
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients and clinic staff

Requirements


  • Must have experience working with US-based private dental clinics or dental related practices (required)
  • Experience with tasks such as using EMR/EHR systems, insurance verification, patient confirmations, appointment scheduling, and inbound call handling
  • Strong verbal English communication skills
  • Excellent customer service and patient communication skills
  • Empathetic, professional, and patient-focused approach
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
