Position Purpose :
Rapidly growing manufacturer of Dairy agriculture products and safety systems for cows seeking a Sales Account Manager. The Account Manager pursues relationships with potential new accounts and seeks business expansion opportunities with current customers. Displays a detailed knowledge of products and services offered and ensures they consistently meet the needs of the customer. Builds and maintains strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Must Have:
Successful candidates must have at least 2-4 years of sales experience with Agricultural or Cattle products.

Compensation/Benefits:
- $90,000 - $110,000 base salary
- Commission/bonus potential
- Health care and benefits
- 401K with match
- Vacation and Holiday pay
Key Responsibilities and Goals:
- Develop relationships with a portfolio of customers, connect with key dairy management decision makers and stakeholders.
- Manage existing, regional territory.
- Work with existing accounts, technical support, and allied industry.
- Visit regularly and maintain existing accounts.
- Develop new accounts and mine additional business from existing accounts.
- Assist technical support with equipment installation and maintenance.
- Assist in R&D of new products and equipment.
Competencies Needed for Success:
- 3+ years of relevant Sales experience in Dairy or other agricultural operations in Wisconsin.
- Dairy farming experience preferred but not required.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
