Country Manager [📍Mex]

The Country Manager Mexico is Conexa's commercial engine in the Mexican market. This is an individual contributor role with a high degree of autonomy — focused on opening new business. You will own the full sales cycle: from first contact and event-based networking to deal structuring and contract close.
You will work closely with Conexa's CEO and commercial leadership, acting as the bridge between the Mexican market and our technical teams in Argentina. The ideal candidate has strong existing relationships in the fintech, payments, or tech ecosystem in Mexico, and knows how to navigate complex B2B sales cycles with multiple stakeholders. 👤 Non-negotiables

• 3+ years in B2B sales / business development in tech.
• Proven track record closing high-ticket deals with enterprise or mid-market clients.
• Existing network in Mexico's fintech, payments or tech ecosystem.
• Experience managing long, complex sales cycles with multiple decision-makers.
• English B2+ for global client interactions and internal reporting.
• HubSpot, Salesforce or similar CRM experience.

• Natural networker and relationship builder — comfortable at industry events, meetups, and C-level meetings.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills to convey Conexa's value proposition clearly and compellingly.
• Self-starter with high drive and ownership — this role has no playbook, you help write it.

📈 Market Opening & Business Development

• Identify and qualify new business across fintech, payments, delivery and tech in Mexico.
• Build and own a pipeline from scratch, through to signed contract.
• Keep CRM and pipeline reporting current for the CEO and commercial leadership.

⚡ Deal Execution & Commercial Strategy

• Run discovery, shape proposals with our technical team, negotiate and close.
• Feed market and competitive insights back into our go-to-market in Mexico.
