Clinical Recruiter

The Role

We're hiring a Clinical Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for Cadence's Clinical Navigator team as well as other Health roles. This role partners directly with clinical operations leaders to build pipelines of navigators who support patients between visits, as Cadence scales its patient population across health system partnerships. You'll run the recruiting process end to end in Greenhouse, using AI-assisted sourcing tools to move faster without losing rigor.

What You'll Do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for Cadence's Clinical Navigator role, from requisition through offer, against clear time-to-fill and quality-of-hire targets.
• Manage Greenhouse as the core recruiting system of record, maintaining accurate pipeline data, structured interview kits, and reporting for hiring leaders.
• Source and engage Clinical Navigator candidates using a mix of proactive outreach, referrals, and AI-assisted sourcing tools.
• Partner with clinical operations leaders to define role scope, calibrate evaluation criteria, and drive consistent, defensible hiring decisions.
• Screen candidates for the judgment, communication, and patient-relationship skills that Clinical Navigators use to support patients between visits.
• Analyze recruiting funnel data in Greenhouse to identify bottlenecks and improve time-to-fill and quality-of-hire.
• Build a pipeline of qualified Clinical Navigator candidates ahead of anticipated hiring needs as Cadence expands its patient population.

What You Need

• 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on healthcare, care coordination, or patient-facing roles.
• Hands-on experience managing requisitions, pipelines, and reporting in Greenhouse or a comparable applicant tracking system.
• Working knowledge of care navigation, care coordination, or patient support roles and the skills required to succeed in them.
• Demonstrated ability to source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other sourcing platforms.
• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers to build and calibrate structured interview processes.
• Comfort operating in a remote, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities across multiple concurrent searches; experience in fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environments is a plus.
• Experience with Greenhouse ATS is preferred but not required.
• Fluency with AI productivity tools (such as Gemini, Notion AI, or comparable platforms) and comfort applying them to structured workflows, reporting, and process documentation.

Compensation

Our job titles may span more than one career level. Expected on-target earnings (OTE) for this role typically range between $100-120k, depending on experience, skills, seniority, and business needs. Total compensation includes base salary, variable incentive compensation, and equity as part of the overall package. Actual compensation may vary by location.
