Reliable Security Staffing LLC is seeking an Entry Level Buyer to join our procurement team in Atlanta, working remotely on a full-time basis. Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and evaluating suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery speed
• Prepare and process purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner
• Communicate with vendors to negotiate terms and resolve any issues
• Maintain and update procurement records and databases
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with departments to forecast needs
• Track orders to ensure on-time delivery and address any delays
• Support the procurement team with administrative tasks and reporting
• Assist in reviewing and analyzing purchase requisitions
• Collaborate with finance to ensure accurate invoicing and payment processing
• Stay informed about market trends and pricing for relevant goods and services
• Participate in supplier performance evaluations
• Adhere to company procurement policies and procedures

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or related field preferred
• 0-2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or a related role
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
• Familiarity with procurement software or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is a plus
• Knowledge of the security or investigations industry is preferred
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
