Luxorr enables iGaming operators to elevate VIP player retention through structured, scalable gifting and concierge solutions. They provide premium branded gift boxes, global gifting programs, and loyalty operations - bringing the same control and performance tracking as any core business function.
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to build and expand our client presence across the EU and CIS iGaming markets.
You will take ownership of the full sales cycle - from identifying opportunities to closing high-value deals - while helping shape and scale the sales function.
Drive and scale B2B business development within the iGaming sector (EU & CIS)
Identify, engage, and acquire iGaming operators with VIP player segments
Own the full sales cycle: lead generation, outreach, negotiation, and deal closure
Build and manage a strong pipeline of high-value opportunities
Analyze and optimize sales processes to unlock growth opportunities
Strengthen Luxorr’s market presence through B2B content and social media activity
Represent the company at international industry events (e.g., ICE, SiGMA)
Proven B2B sales experience within iGaming (operators, platforms, or related vendors)
Demonstrated success in closing deals with key iGaming stakeholders
Strong experience managing long sales cycles and high-ticket contracts
Highly self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
Fluent in English and Russian
Established network within the iGaming industry
Experience attending or networking at major industry events (ICE, SiGMA, etc.)
Understanding of CRM systems, VIP management, and player retention strategies
Competitive base salary + performance-based commission
