The Role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to build and expand our client presence across the EU and CIS iGaming markets.

You will take ownership of the full sales cycle - from identifying opportunities to closing high-value deals - while helping shape and scale the sales function.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive and scale B2B business development within the iGaming sector (EU & CIS)

  • Identify, engage, and acquire iGaming operators with VIP player segments

  • Own the full sales cycle: lead generation, outreach, negotiation, and deal closure

  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of high-value opportunities

  • Analyze and optimize sales processes to unlock growth opportunities

  • Strengthen Luxorr’s market presence through B2B content and social media activity

  • Represent the company at international industry events (e.g., ICE, SiGMA)


Requirements

  • Proven B2B sales experience within iGaming (operators, platforms, or related vendors)

  • Demonstrated success in closing deals with key iGaming stakeholders

  • Strong experience managing long sales cycles and high-ticket contracts

  • Highly self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented mindset

  • Fluent in English and Russian


Nice to Have

  • Established network within the iGaming industry

  • Experience attending or networking at major industry events (ICE, SiGMA, etc.)

  • Understanding of CRM systems, VIP management, and player retention strategies
