KRDL USA INC is looking for a driven and strategic Business Development Manager to join our growing team in Lincolnshire, IL. A Business Development Manager drives organizational growth by identifying new opportunities, building strategic relationships, expanding markets, and increasing revenue. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact by identifying new business opportunities, building lasting client relationships, and fueling company growth. If you're a motivated sales professional with a passion for results, we want to hear from you!
The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth by developing strategic client relationships, expanding existing accounts, establishing partnerships, and positioning the company's consulting and educational capabilities in target markets.
The BDM serves as a key connection between clients, executive leadership, sales, recruiting, solution architecture, delivery, operations, finance, and strategic partners, ensuring that customer requirements are converted into commercially viable and successfully deliverable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets

- Identify new markets, customers, partnerships, services, and revenue opportunities.
- Research market trends, competitors, customer needs, and industry developments.
- Build, manage, and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, campaigns, events, and outreach.
- Engage prospective clients, understand their business challenges, and recommend suitable solutions.
- Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, statements of work, and business cases.
- Lead contract, pricing, commercial-term, and service-level negotiations.
- Manage the complete business-development lifecycle—from prospecting and qualification through closing and account transition.
- Develop trusted relationships with clients, executives, partners, vendors, and industry stakeholders.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, legal, delivery, product, and technical teams.
- Coordinate responses to RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs while ensuring timely, compliant submissions.
- Create account plans and pursue cross-selling, upselling, renewal, and expansion opportunities.
- Represent the organization at conferences, trade shows, networking events, and client meetings.
- Maintain accurate opportunity, activity, and revenue-forecast information in the CRM system.
- Track key performance indicators such as pipeline value, win rate, conversion rate, sales cycle, revenue, and profit margin.
- Prepare regular business-development reports and forecasts for senior leadership.
- Monitor client satisfaction and help resolve commercial or relationship concerns.
- Ensure commitments can be delivered within the agreed scope, budget, schedule, and quality standards.
- Follow company policies, ethical standards, regulatory requirements, and risk-management practices.
- Mentor business-development executives and support a performance-driven, customer-focused culture.
Core Performance Expectations

Develop and execute business development plans aligned with the company's annual and long-term growth objectives. Identify new markets, industries, customers, service offerings, and partnership opportunities. Build qualified sales pipelines and establish measurable targets for leads, opportunities, proposals, closures, revenue, and account expansion.
2. New Client Acquisition
Identify and engage prospective clients through direct outreach, professional networks, referrals, industry events, technology partnerships, vendor relationships, and digital channels. Establish relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, technology leaders, procurement organizations, vendor-management teams, HR leaders, and other business decision-makers.
3. IT Consulting & Digital Transformation Sales
Promote the organization's technology consulting capabilities across areas such as:
- Enterprise Architecture and Technology Strategy
- Cloud Transformation and Migration

4. Global Educational Services Business Development
Develop business opportunities for technology training, certification preparation, professional development, corporate learning, workforce upskilling, student career-development, internship, and industry-readiness programs. Build relationships with universities, colleges, training institutions, corporations, technology vendors, and certification organizations.
5. University & Industry Partnerships
Establish strategic partnerships connecting education with employment opportunities. Support programs that create a pathway such as:
Education → Technical Training → Certification → Internship → Employment → Continuous Professional Development
Identify opportunities for university partnerships, corporate training, faculty/industry collaboration, student programs, and employer-sponsored learning initiatives.
6. Strategic Partnerships & Alliances
Develop relationships with technology providers, implementation partners, staffing companies, prime vendors, system integrators, subcontractors, educational institutions, and industry associations. Identify joint go-to-market and co-delivery opportunities that expand the company's capabilities and market reach.
