  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations and confidently respond to customer and technical inquiries.
  • Own the sales process from initial prospecting through negotiation and close.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales quotas and targets as defined by management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with merchants, partners, and key industry stakeholders.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to generate leads and develop new business relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customers receive the right solutions for their business needs.

About You

  • 1–3+ years of experience in the payments industry is highly desirable.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in a closing sales role, ideally within payments, fintech, SaaS, or a related technology environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in net-new business acquisition and business development.
  • Existing relationships or strong knowledge of the ISO ecosystem, payment facilitators, agents, or channel partners is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship.
  • Based in Toronto or the Greater Toronto Area, with the ability to work locally.
  • Action-oriented and comfortable with cold calling, prospecting, networking, and building relationships from the ground up.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
  • A collaborative team player who can work effectively across multiple teams and functions.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary
  • Comprehensive benefits package.
  • The opportunity to build a long-term career with a rapidly growing global payments technology company.
  • Exposure to a diverse portfolio of innovative payment solutions and a highly competitive global market.
  • The opportunity to work with an international team across multiple markets.
