- Track and report on pipeline health, deal velocity, and post-launch partner performance (TVL, volume, retention).
- Represent Plume at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings.
- Maintain deep knowledge of the competitive RWA landscape to identify whitespace and prioritize outreach.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of business development, partnerships, or sales experience, ideally in crypto, fintech, or institutional finance.
- Track record of sourcing and closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals and ability to speak credibly to both crypto-native and traditional finance counterparties.
- Excellent negotiation and written/verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity and owning a pipeline independently in a fast-moving startup environment.
Preferred Experience
- Existing relationships with asset managers, custodians, broker-dealers, or DeFi protocols relevant to tokenization.
- Experience structuring or negotiating agreements involving securities, custody, or regulated financial products.
- Background in traditional finance (asset management, prime brokerage, fintech BD) transitioning into crypto.
