Job Description 

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Business Development Intern to join our team. This role will assist with outreach efforts, including calls and emails, to engage potential leads and support our business development initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in sales and business development in a dynamic digital solutions agency. 



  • Assist with outreach through email and other digital channels. 
  • Make introductory calls to engage potential leads and introduce MIU's services. 
  • Follow up on leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline. 
  • Support the Business Development team in managing the sales pipeline. 
  • Help prepare proposals and presentations for potential clients. 
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends. 
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions with leads and clients in the CRM system. 
  • Provide general administrative support to the Business Development team. 


  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Comfortable with outreach efforts and making introductory calls. 
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills. 
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. 
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus. 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Previous internship or work experience in sales, marketing, or business development. 
  • Experience with digital marketing or a digital agency environment. 
  • Strong interest in the digital solutions industry.
