Position Overview

We are expanding our team at BondEsq and looking for a B2B Lead Generation and Sales Specialist to join our accounting firm! As a member of our growth-focused team, you will play an essential role in connecting with high-paying clients, promoting our Accounting and Consulting, Bookkeeping and Payroll Services, and driving sign-ups for our exclusive Advisory Program in the UK.

Your duties are to find prospects, follow sales leads, discuss terms with potential customers, and convince them to sign a contract. In this career, you work closely with other salespeople and managers to address short- and long-term sales goals and strategies. As a B2B Lead Generation and Sales Specialist you will need to develop strong relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders in the Food & Beverage Industry.

Responsibilities

  • Introduction Calls: Warmly introduce our company to potential clients, emphasising our commitment to personalised accounting solutions and client success.
  • Calendar Scheduling: Effectively meet and exceed sales targets by scheduling and closing high-quality leads per day.
  • Advisory Program: Educate potential clients on the benefits of our Advisory Program, targeting growth, customer relations, team development, time management, and cost optimisation.
  • Networking & Events: Attend networking events and trade shows to connect and nurture cold leads about our services.
  • Ebook Promotion: Highlight and promote our industry-specific ebooks to potential clients.
  • Follow-up: Follow up with leads, gather feedback, and input lead information into our CRM System.
  • Social Media Presence: Leverage our social media platforms to enhance outreach and lead generation.
  • Sales Closing: Nurture and Close daily, potential clients regarding our services.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Proven track record and experience in Sales and Sales Closing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a sales roles
  • Confidence and a desire to win .
  • Familiarity with accountingbookkeeping, or financial services is a plus.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to engage in warm and friendly conversations.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and other relevant tools.
  • Experience in the Food and Beverage Industry is desirable but not required.
