Job Summary

We’re looking for a proactive, results-driven B2B Appointment Setter to support our client's sales growth by identifying potential business customers, initiating conversations with decision-makers, and booking qualified meetings for the sales team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills, a confident phone manner, and an interest in B2B sales and lead generation. You’ll play a key role in building the sales pipeline, engaging prospective clients, and creating opportunities for the business to grow.

The ideal candidate is comfortable with outbound prospecting, enjoys speaking with business professionals, and thrives in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Prospecting: Contact prospective B2B customers through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
  • Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients, target companies, and key decision-makers who fit the ideal customer profile.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule qualified sales meetings, product demonstrations, and discovery calls for Account Executives or other members of the sales team.
  • Lead Qualification: Ask relevant questions to assess prospect needs, business fit, interest, and readiness to engage.
  • Pipeline Management: Track outreach activities, prospect interactions, follow-ups, and booked meetings in the CRM.
  • Follow-Up: Maintain consistent communication with prospects to nurture interest and increase meeting attendance.
  • Sales Targets: Work toward daily and monthly KPIs, including calls made, emails sent, conversations started, qualified meetings booked, and meetings attended.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to refine outreach strategies, share prospect feedback, and improve conversion rates.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of prospecting activity and provide regular updates on performance and pipeline progress.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in B2B appointment setting, telemarketing, cold calling, lead generation, or sales development is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Confidence speaking with business owners, senior executives, and other decision-makers.
  • Familiarity with outbound sales techniques, prospecting, objection handling, and follow-up strategies.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive is an advantage.
  • Ability to research target accounts and identify relevant prospects.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple prospects and follow-ups.
  • A target-driven mindset with the motivation to achieve and exceed performance goals.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while collaborating with an international team.
  • Reliable internet connection and a suitable home-working setup.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience booking qualified meetings for B2B sales teams.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar prospecting tools.
  • Experience working with SaaS companies, digital agencies, professional services firms, or other B2B organisations.
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding appointment-setting targets.
