The Associate Director will assist in the development and implementation of training programs for commercial field teams, including disease state, product, and sales skills training. They will also conduct field rides, analyze training feedback, and collaborate with regional management to address training gaps.

Legend Biotech is seeking an Associate Director, Commercial Learning & Development as part of the Commercial team based Remotely.
The Associate Director, Commercial Training position will assist in the development and implementation of new hires and ongoing training requirements for Legend Biotech Commercial Field Teams. The Sr. Manager will also be involved in the planning and execution of trainings at regional & national meetings.

The base pay range below is what Legend Biotech USA Inc. reasonably expects to offer at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, skills, qualifications, and geographic location. The company reserves the right to modify this range as needed and in accordance with applicable laws.
Other Types of Pay: Performance-based bonus and/or equity is available to employees in eligible roles.
