Your responsibilities will include:

  • Take care of existing clients 
  • Support them in getting the most out of our platform 
  • Build long-term partnerships, understand client needs, and advise them on use cases 
  • Spot opportunities for upsell and cross-sell within client organizations 
  • Handle contract renewals and prepare tailored commercial proposals 
  • Negotiate deals and close agreements based on client-specific sales plans 
  • Act as the go-to escalation point for business-related issues 
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Customer Support, Product, Implementation) 
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to advocate for client needs


We need you to have: 

  • Excellent command of English (C1); German or French is a big plus 
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience in account management, customer service, or enterprise software sales (min. 1 year) 
  • Commercial acumen and negotiation skills 
  • Ability to understand business needs and propose value-adding solutions 
  • Strong organization skills
  • Willingness to learn technical details of our product 
  • Exceptional time management skills


We’d love you to have: 

  • knowledge of digital marketing, web analytics, or marketing tools 
  • experience in Customer Support, Technical Support, Sales, or Implementation
