About the Role

The Offprem Salesforce Account Executive is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities within a defined territory or industry. This role requires a solution-focused mindset, strong sales acumen, and a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform and its value proposition. The ideal candidate is motivated, results-oriented, and has a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

What You’ll Do

Opportunity Generation

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities through networking, industry events, social selling, and other prospecting channels.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Leverage Salesforce CRM to track and manage sales activities and opportunities.

Sales Presentations & Demonstrations

• Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations that communicate the value of Salesforce solutions to prospective clients.
• Tailor presentations and demonstrations to address each client’s specific business needs and challenges.
• Collaborate effectively with Salesforce sales teams through co-selling activities.

Needs Analysis & Solution Selling

• Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and identify opportunities to improve business processes with Salesforce.
• Develop and propose customized Salesforce solutions that address client challenges and deliver measurable business value.

Contract Negotiation & Closing

• Negotiate and close new business while ensuring agreements meet both client and company objectives.
• Accurately forecast sales revenue and manage progress toward sales targets.

Industry & Salesforce Expertise

• Stay current on industry trends, the competitive landscape, and Salesforce product developments.
• Continuously develop sales and Salesforce expertise through training and professional development.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, equivalent professional experience, or technology certificate(s).
• 3–5 years of experience in sales, solution engineering, or a related client-facing role, with a proven track record of success selling Salesforce solutions.
• Fluency in English, Portuguese and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills in all three languages.
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, including its core features, functionality, and industry best practices.
• Strong sales skills, including prospecting, consultative selling, negotiating, and closing business.
• Highly motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Ability to develop tailored Salesforce solutions that align with client goals and objectives.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend conferences, and represent the company at industry events. Travel is estimated at approximately two days per month to Salesforce Hubs.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently while contributing effectively to a team environment.

Location & Work Arrangement

This is a remote position based in São Paulo, Brazil. The role requires the ability to travel as needed for client meetings, conferences, industry events, and spend time in local Salesforce Hubs.
