The Structural Analyst II will create and maintain detailed finite element models for ablative nozzles and propulsion hardware while evaluating performance under complex thermal and mechanical loads. They will also collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to correlate analytical predictions with test data and prepare formal technical documentation.

The engineer will participate in the design, analysis, and testing of solid rocket motor components and systems. They will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize motor performance and implement advanced manufacturing techniques.

The analyst will perform thermal response analyses for ablative insulation systems in rocket motors and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support testing and design reviews. They are responsible for building computational models, correlating analytical predictions with test data, and documenting technical findings.

The role involves owning the global workflow, configuration, and user management of the Solidworks PDM system. Responsibilities include maintaining vaults, optimizing data storage, and providing technical support and training to the engineering team.
