Provide front-line technical support for stakeholders using the Yardi Senior product suite via various communication channels. Troubleshoot issues, manage tickets in systems like JIRA or ServiceNow, and provide training to improve platform utilization.

Lead physical due diligence and capital oversight for a portfolio of healthcare and senior living assets. Develop investment plans, manage renovation scopes, and oversee project execution to maximize asset value and financial returns.

Provide front-line technical support for the Yardi Senior product suite by resolving stakeholder inquiries via help desk platforms, phone, email, and chat. Document and track all issues in ticketing systems while collaborating with internal teams to meet service level agreements.

This role manages and mentors Project Managers overseeing redevelopment for the southeast Senior Housing portfolio, ensuring projects meet quality standards, deadlines, and budgets while driving financial performance through renovation and asset plans. Key duties include developing investment plans, conducting site evaluations, coordinating capital expenditures, securing necessary approvals, and managing third-party consultants and vendor contracts.

This position manages and executes daily on-site activities for multiple complex senior housing capital projects in the Midwest, acting as the primary point of contact for all renovation activities. Responsibilities include coordinating with subcontractors, conducting property inspections, supervising contractors, and ensuring projects adhere to schedule and budget.
