The Manager, Yardi Help Desk will lead daily operations, supervise support staff, and ensure timely resolution of support tickets for the Yardi Senior Housing product suite. They will also analyze support trends, develop KPIs, and partner with cross-functional teams to improve the overall user experience.

The role focuses on implementing Yardi solutions and optimizing workflows to align with the company's business strategy. It involves collaborating with cross-functional partners and providing training and technical support to team members.

This role manages and mentors Project Managers overseeing redevelopment for the southeast Senior Housing portfolio, ensuring projects meet quality standards, deadlines, and budgets while driving financial performance through renovation and asset plans. Key duties include developing investment plans, conducting site evaluations, coordinating capital expenditures, securing necessary approvals, and managing third-party consultants and vendor contracts.

This position manages and executes daily on-site activities for multiple complex senior housing capital projects in the Midwest, acting as the primary point of contact for all renovation activities. Responsibilities include coordinating with subcontractors, conducting property inspections, supervising contractors, and ensuring projects adhere to schedule and budget.
