The Laboratory Review RN is responsible for the timely review, analysis, and reporting of outpatient laboratory results to patients and providers. They also monitor result queues, manage patient communications regarding treatment changes, and report communicable diseases to health departments.
Develop, design, and deliver targeted training programs and instructional materials for various roles using multiple modalities. Facilitate specialized virtual learning sessions and collaborate with field leaders to ensure team members meet performance and safety expectations.
