The Asset Manager ensures housing properties operate at optimal performance and remain compliant with financial, regulatory, and reporting requirements. This includes conducting on-site inspections, managing budgets, and reporting on the operational performance of real estate assets.

Collaborate with physicians and Medical Directors to ensure accurate risk adjustment reporting and documentation for the PACE program. Review medical records to assign valid ICD-10-CM/CPT/HCPCS codes and lead coding compliance audits.

Lead and coordinate the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process to ensure accurate and compliant MDS assessments and care plans. Support regulatory compliance and reimbursement accuracy through data analysis and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.

Lead a deal team in executing all functions of affordable housing development from inception through permanent loan conversion. This includes managing financial analysis, due diligence, site sourcing, and coordinating with consultants and legal counsel.

The Asset Manager will represent owner and sponsor interests across the housing portfolio, ensuring properties operate optimally while maintaining full compliance with financial, regulatory, and reporting requirements. This involves gathering, evaluating, and reporting on operational performance, managing budgets, tracking compliance, and conducting on-site inspections.
