The Account Executive is responsible for owning and growing the West Territory by landing net-new institutional partners through the full sales cycle. This includes strategic territory planning, outbound prospecting, and delivering tailored product demonstrations to executive stakeholders.

Drive proactive enablement strategies to improve customer experience, product adoption, and satisfaction through training and strategic plans. Act as the primary point of contact for customer communications and the key escalation point for critical issues.

The Engineering Manager will lead a team of data and software engineers to design and deliver innovative technology solutions while partnering with product management. They are responsible for overseeing engineering processes, managing team priorities, and ensuring system reliability and performance.
