The coordinator oversees a regional network by recruiting and training volunteer Family Navigators to provide emotional and systems support to families of individuals with disabilities. They also conduct community outreach, manage data in Salesforce, and facilitate collaborative relationships with local organizations and service providers.

The Subaward Coordinator manages the processing, negotiation, and issuance of subawards and subcontracts to external entities. They also advise faculty on subaward processes and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.

They serve as the primary liaison between PIs, departments, and central offices to manage budgets, financial reporting, and grant documentation.

The primary responsibility is providing high-quality, subspecialized neuroradiology interpretations during daytime shifts on a 7-days-on/7-days-off schedule, supporting inpatient, outpatient, and emergency services remotely. This includes interpreting various neuroimaging studies and promptly communicating critical findings to referring providers.
