The role involves the commissioning, configuration, and ongoing operation of VertiGIS Land Management systems in customer environments. You will act as the primary technical contact for customers and internal teams to resolve malfunctions and implement change requests.

Manage the full sales cycle for software solutions in facility and infrastructure management, from acquisition to closing and account expansion. Lead complex Request for Proposal (RFP) processes, ensuring formal compliance and coordinating internal units to deliver competitive offers.

Ensure the quality of land management products through comprehensive test coverage and the expansion of test automation frameworks. Analyze user problems and resolve support tickets while integrating automated tests into CI pipelines.

The role involves deploying and operating cloud environments for cloud-based products, including participation in project and operations teams for setup, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance. Additionally, the engineer will support customers by analyzing requirements and implementing stable, efficient cloud workflows, while also handling support, analysis, and resolution of technical issues.
