Build and improve global CDN services for ISR, PPR, and image optimization using Go, Lua, and TypeScript. Maintain production stability through monitoring, observability, and participation in an on-call rotation.

Drive net-new revenue and platform expansion within a curated book of named major enterprise accounts. Develop multi-year account plans and translate Vercel's platform into board-level narratives regarding AI transformation and developer velocity.

Lead and manage the APAC Solutions Architecture team to support pre and post-sales cycles. Partner with sales leadership and engineering to drive technical excellence and provide product feedback from the field.

The representative will identify and engage high-potential startup companies, researching prospects and tailoring outreach to engineering, product, and marketing leaders to generate outbound opportunities. They will partner with Account Executives to build pipeline and drive adoption within the Startups segment while collaborating cross-functionally to refine messaging.

The Solutions Architect will serve as a trusted advisor in pre-sales by qualifying technical fit and designing future-state architectures, and post-sales by acting as a technical quarterback to ensure successful adoption and standardization on Vercel. This role involves guiding architecture decisions, engaging necessary resources, and collaborating across Product and Engineering to resolve blockers for critical workloads.

You will lead the team responsible for Vercel’s CDN, proxy, and edge caching systems. Your mandate is to operate critical systems exceptionally and align the team to product and business goals.
