The Associate Director provides quality oversight for clinical development activities and serves as a key partner to clinical study teams. They are responsible for managing quality events, CAPAs, and ensuring compliance with global regulatory requirements and inspection readiness.

Lead the strategic and operational lifecycle management of reference standards and critical reagents for biologics development and commercial operations. Partner cross-functionally and with external CDMOs to ensure compliant qualification, inventory management, and regulatory readiness.

Lead the global pharmacovigilance and drug safety strategy to ensure proactive benefit-risk assessments for the company's therapy portfolio. Oversee all safety activities from clinical development through post-marketing, managing an inspection-ready team and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Lead the transition from a clinical-stage to a commercial manufacturing organization and manage the end-to-end global supply chain. Responsible for strategic leadership of late-stage programs, including BLA submission and commercial launch of lead products.
