Lead and mentor a small design team while remaining hands-on in the end-to-end product design for Fintech and HRMS modules. Own the ListoGlobal design system and ensure high-quality user experiences across web-based SaaS and enterprise platforms.

This role involves managing the direct sales process for strategic retail opportunities, developing key customer relationships, and expanding the Channel Partner Network to maximize indirect revenue. The director will also be responsible for creating and driving a demand generation strategy for the retail industry and managing the full sales cycle from conversion to closure and upselling.
