The Data Analyst will transform complex data into actionable insights to support strategic decision-making across various departments. They are responsible for developing dashboards, tracking KPIs, and identifying trends to improve operational efficiency and business performance.
The incumbent will be responsible for implementing and operating VoIP and telephony services while serving as a primary escalation contact for the Voice Network Operations Center. They will also lead technical projects, manage vendor relationships, and ensure network designs meet customer and security requirements.
