The Senior Grants Manager oversees the full lifecycle of grant administration, including pre-award proposal development and post-award financial management. The role provides leadership and subject-matter expertise to faculty and staff within the College of Connected Computing to ensure compliance with sponsor and institutional policies.

The role involves synthesizing complex research and policy insights into accessible communications for policymakers and external audiences. It also includes managing the development of major publications, media materials, and coordinating digital dissemination strategies.

The CRM Analyst is responsible for optimizing the Slate CRM to support admissions, recruiting, and marketing through the design of campaigns and event structures. This includes leading implementations, troubleshooting configurations, and providing technical support and training to end-users.

Lead the implementation and management of technology platforms like Mythos for donor impact reporting and solicitation processes. Drive operational efficiency by integrating AI and automation tools to streamline workflows and reduce manual data entry.

The engineer will design and build AI-powered features for educational platforms, including LLM-based tools, semantic search, and content recommendations, while also developing backend services and APIs to expose these AI capabilities.
