The Director of ERP & Enterprise Applications will lead the strategy, architecture, and daily management of the organization's ERP systems and enterprise application portfolio, aligning systems with operational goals across functions like finance and HR. This role is also responsible for driving governance, security, compliance, managing application lifecycles, and leading/mentoring technical teams.

This role is responsible for owning the demand generation strategy, campaign execution, and funnel optimization specifically for recruiting commercial foodservice equipment technicians across the company's brand portfolio. The specialist will partner closely with Talent Acquisition to increase applicant volume, improve candidate quality, and build scalable hiring pipelines.
