The President and CEO will provide leadership and vision, working with the Board to set strategic direction and being accountable for overall performance and operational effectiveness. Key duties include developing a clear vision and strategic plan, pursuing new business and revenue streams, and cultivating trusting relationships with staff, the Board, and key stakeholders.

The Fellow will support the implementation of the New Deal: Transforming the Way Home project by collaborating with movement leaders to build a coordinated strategy to end youth homelessness. This includes identifying, managing, and sharing relevant state and local policies and driving consistent advocacy efforts.

The Associate will support the Rural and Small Cities Program by coordinating day-to-day operations and facilitating investment in underserved areas. Responsibilities include project management, research, and stakeholder communication.

The Project Coordinator will support the Rural and Small Cities Program by managing administrative tasks, project coordination, and strategic planning. They will also identify opportunities for software automation and assist in process assessment.

The Associate will support the Rural and Small Cities Program by coordinating day-to-day operations and implementing activities to build capacity in underserved areas. Responsibilities include project management, research, and stakeholder engagement.
