Support the Director in organizational programming, administration, strategy, and representation while building partnerships with funders, faith communities, service providers, and other stakeholders. Lead communications and fundraising activities, supervise interns and fellows, develop and evaluate programs, and advance the organization’s social justice and anti-oppression work.
The Community Outreach Operator will serve as a connector between food system stakeholders, specifically focusing on strengthening farm-to-school connections and activating the Local Food Switchboard platform. They will facilitate relationships, provide user support, and gather regional insights to inform program strategy and system improvements.

This role serves as a central operator for the Local Food Switchboard, maintaining platform data and supporting community outreach efforts. Additionally, the position leads the planning, logistics, and sponsorship outreach for the biennial Maine Food Convergence Event.
