Lead the marketing function for Papaki and TopHost brands in Greece, defining commercial strategies and orchestrating multi-channel campaigns. Manage the marketing budget, lead a team, and collaborate with the Center of Excellence to drive acquisition and retention.

Provide first-level technical support for hosting and domain services via tickets, phone, and chat. Handle billing requests, report bugs to developers, and consult customers on service improvements.
