The HR Coordinator will serve as the primary liaison between the USA People Operations team and the European/Ukrainian team, managing the full employee lifecycle. Responsibilities include ensuring regulatory compliance, handling payroll and benefits, supporting recruitment, and fostering company culture through remote team-building events.
You will own backend and API-facing product work for the bid stream auction, including waterfall, prebid, and exclusion logic. Additionally, you will manage publisher integrations and partner with data science teams to translate algorithmic models into clear product requirements.
