The role involves owning end-to-end billing and revenue recognition for a core business line, including issuing invoices and performing month-end reconciliations. Additionally, the specialist will manage collections and participate in the implementation of NetSuite.

Drive new business development and manage high-value enterprise accounts across EMEA to increase adoption of the workplace access platform. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and strategic partners to modernize enterprise 'Street-to-Seat' user experiences.

Provide high-level technical support to enterprise customers via email and remote access to resolve integration issues. Collaborate with QA, Operations, and Development teams to improve products and participate in rotating on-call coverage.

The Enterprise Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for high-value accounts, managing the full lifecycle from deployment to renewals and expansions. They will drive adoption of the workplace access platform while cultivating strategic relationships with landlords and key industry partners.

This role is responsible for owning key accounting processes, managing the month-end close for multiple legal entities, and ensuring accurate application of GAAP standards across all financial reporting. Responsibilities also include reviewing account reconciliations, analyzing fluctuations, supporting audits, and coordinating with international accountants and outsourced providers.
