Prospect and develop new customers through cold calling and networking to grow the fire life safety inspection and service business. Manage the sales pipeline, negotiate pricing for contracts, and collaborate with service operations to ensure customer satisfaction.

Identify and sell solutions to correct deficiencies in existing customer accounts based on field inspection reports. Manage the full sales cycle from proposal generation and pricing to closing and coordinating service hand-offs.

The Sales Representative is responsible for acquiring new business leads, managing the sales process from initial contact to contract acquisition, and fostering relationships with customers. They also provide support to project managers and accounting personnel regarding job setup, billing, and project coordination.
