Lead the IT & Cybersecurity Division by managing overall strategy, operations, and financial performance for both clients and internal company needs. Oversee the delivery of technology services, cybersecurity compliance, and the scaling of the division's capabilities.

Identify and qualify new business opportunities across federal, state, and local government markets using non-traditional contracting vehicles. Build and maintain trusted relationships with agency program managers and stakeholders to drive account growth.

The HR Business Partner will serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance. They will also support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and payroll/benefits coordination across multiple locations.

Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, payroll, and month-end close across internal and client environments. Provide leadership to accounting staff while ensuring compliance with government contracting standards and audit readiness.
