Own the full sales lifecycle from cold outreach to closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals with health systems. Collaborate with internal teams to architect tailored training solutions that address clinical and operational workforce gaps.

The primary focus is on creator discovery, outreach, and negotiation across YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok to secure partnerships that drive enrollments for Tech Bootcamps and Allied Health programs. The role also involves setting up tracking infrastructure, coordinating content approvals, and analyzing performance to recommend future creator bookings.

The intern will conduct strategic research on certification pathways and create content that influences the career paths of allied health students. Responsibilities include drafting articles, scripting video content, and developing resources to assist students.

The Learning Producer/Course General Manager will lead the development and initial delivery of a new Agentic AI course, collaborating closely with subject matter experts and Springboard leadership. Responsibilities include course research, design, content development, and program management to ensure a successful launch and learner experience.

The B2B Marketing Lead will own and execute Springboard’s B2B marketing strategy to drive high-quality leads and accelerate partnership growth. This includes managing strategic events, creating sales enablement assets, and producing credible content to position Springboard effectively in the market.

The instructor will facilitate two live sessions weekly for 15 weeks, focusing on reviewing key concepts and supporting student Q&A. They will also prepare independently, develop lecture materials, and monitor student engagement.
