Lead the development and execution of comprehensive communications and donor engagement strategies to increase revenue and brand recognition. Translate complex program data and community success stories into compelling narratives across multiple digital and external channels.

Provide strategic leadership and oversight to Country Directors to ensure scalable and sustainable program delivery across multiple African nations. Lead national-scale programs through policy adoption, government relationship management, and financial resource mobilization.

The consultant will develop a comprehensive, Uganda-specific Resource Mobilization Strategy reflecting the current funding environment and priorities, including identifying and mapping potential donors and strategic partners in the country. Specific tasks involve working with the Country Director, reviewing Spark's model to prioritize funding opportunities, and developing necessary materials like briefs, proposals, and presentations.
