The Senior Product Manager will drive the delivery of digital experience implementation projects, including web applications and site replatforming. They will collaborate with engineering, design, and customer success teams to manage project scope, schedules, and budgets while ensuring client business objectives are met.

You will own the technical direction for distributed delivery teams by designing front-end architectures and establishing coding standards for high-traffic commerce platforms. You will also collaborate with clients during discovery to translate business needs into scalable, pragmatic architecture roadmaps.

The Director of Engineering will own delivery outcomes, architecture patterns, and engineering standards across multiple squads in a distributed environment. They are responsible for hiring and developing engineering leaders while remaining hands-on to solve complex architectural challenges.
