The Director of Information Security will develop and execute the firm's security program, roadmap, and policies while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards like GLBA and FTC Safeguards. They will also lead incident response activities, manage security vendors, and oversee risk assessments across the firm's infrastructure and cloud services.

Perform and supervise complex assurance projects including audits, reviews, and compilations while addressing complex accounting issues. Train and mentor associates and interns, review workpapers, and manage client communications and engagement budgets.

Perform and supervise complex accounting tasks, including reconciliations, journal entries, and financial report preparation for multiple entities. Oversee annual accounting procedures and provide training and feedback to associate-level staff.

Provide strategic leadership and oversight for complex client accounting engagements, focusing on financial transformation and outsourced accounting functions. Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals while serving as a trusted financial advisor to client leadership teams.
