The Senior Manager will lead the development and execution of Amazon strategies across the Shiseido Americas portfolio to drive growth and profitability. This role involves managing the Amazon P&L, overseeing promotional planning, and serving as the subject matter expert for internal cross-functional teams.
The analyst will manage daily cash positions, process fund transfers, and prepare short-term cash flow forecasts. Additionally, they will support month-end reconciliations, administer travel and expense systems, and ensure compliance with internal controls and audits.
Process bi-weekly payroll and oversee time and labor functions, including timesheets and leave policies. Manage tax compliance, wage garnishments, and provide essential data for financial and benefit audits.
Develop strategic annual retail and net sales plans by channel to optimize inventory productivity and reduce liabilities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute account strategies and maximize sales performance through precise forecasting and reporting.
