The Litigation Associate will handle discovery, motion practice, research, and writing for commercial and financial services litigation teams. They will also attend court and deposition appearances while reporting to the head of the Litigation Practice Group.

Attorneys are responsible for managing their own client portfolios and developing new business within their respective practice groups. They provide high-level legal services to a variety of clients, including venture-backed companies, while operating within a distributed firm structure.
