The associate will independently manage significant portions of complex commercial litigation cases, including drafting motions, conducting discovery, and handling depositions. They will also collaborate with a national team on high-stakes, multi-jurisdictional disputes while providing practical legal recommendations to clients.

Attorneys will manage a diverse client base across corporate, fintech, IP, real estate, and litigation practice groups. They are responsible for developing their own client work and managing a lucrative, flexible practice within a distributed model.

Support clients on a variety of corporate matters including M&A, commercial agreements, and public company reporting. Manage strategic transactions from due diligence through to closing and document drafting.
