You will act as the first point of contact for potential clients, identifying decision-makers and pitching RoomPriceGenie solutions to generate interest. Additionally, you will manage daily outreach via Hubspot and collaborate with management to optimize the customer journey.
You will drive internal AI adoption by building and deploying supervised AI agents to automate complex workflows across Customer Success, Sales, and Operations. You will bridge the gap between core data platforms and GTM tools while ensuring integration reliability and system performance.
You will lead and mentor a design and research team while setting the strategic direction for the function to improve product outcomes. You will also act as a key advocate for design and research at the leadership level, integrating AI into workflows and driving design maturity across the organization.
