The Head of Growth will define and execute the company's customer acquisition and conversion strategy across diverse online and offline channels. They will lead a high-performing team to scale growth, optimize unit economics, and manage large-scale marketing investments.
The developer will build, maintain, and troubleshoot complex email and SMS customer journeys within the Iterable platform. They will also manage template development, quality assurance, and platform operations to ensure scalable lifecycle marketing.
Lead the pricing and structuring of complex retail electricity products for Commercial & Industrial customers across ERCOT and Eastern U.S. markets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Supply & Trading, Sales, and Data Science to ensure pricing models accurately reflect wholesale market conditions and profitability targets.
Build and maintain analytical frameworks and valuation engines for Virtual Power Plants and energy portfolio strategies. Design data pipelines and reporting layers to track battery dispatch, P&L analytics, and financial risk metrics.
Design and build Rhythm's Commercial & Industrial business with full P&L ownership and strategic authority. Lead market entry, customer acquisition, pricing architecture, and the commercialization of energy products in ERCOT and Northeast markets.
