The HRBP builds collaborative partnerships with operational leaders to align human capital strategies with business needs and supports the full employee lifecycle. This role also leads HR support for acquisitions, manages employee relations, and ensures compliance across the assigned region.
Provide mobile crisis management services to individuals in various community settings to prevent unnecessary inpatient hospitalizations. Respond to crisis events during on-call shifts while supporting individuals with intellectual, developmental, and mental health challenges.
