This role is responsible for owning the end-to-end delivery of closed loans to investors and whole-loan purchasers, ensuring timely submission and purchase while managing all investor suspense and rebuttals through final purchase. Key duties include serving as the primary escalation point for delivery disputes and managing communications with correspondent sellers regarding loan issues.

The role involves acting as a senior operational partner to originating customers, owning issue resolution end-to-end to ensure loans move cleanly and compliantly through the lifecycle. Key duties include guiding customers through the loan process, owning operational health, proactively managing expectations, and evaluating loan scenarios for risks.
