The Service Technician will travel to customer facilities to perform equipment installations, commissioning, and preventative maintenance. They will also provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers via phone, email, or in-person visits.

The Field Service Supervisor oversees service-related activities for the Press product line, including technical support, repairs, and troubleshooting. They are responsible for managing and scheduling a team of Field Service Technicians to ensure efficient equipment installations and high customer satisfaction.

The Account Manager leads the sales effort in the assigned geographic territory, developing existing and new customers while identifying opportunities for new equipment sales. They manage key accounts, conduct reviews, and coordinate activities across various functions to meet customer expectations.
