The People Manager will oversee end-to-end recruitment, payroll, and daily People operations while ensuring compliance with local labor laws. They will also act as a strategic partner to leadership to drive organizational design, performance management, and company culture.

You will monitor, maintain, and improve the reliability and performance of production systems while building robust infrastructure as code. Additionally, you will respond to incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and security standards.
