Own and execute the end-to-end marketing strategy across paid, organic, and lifecycle channels. Leverage AI tools to operate at scale, managing everything from copywriting and targeting to data analysis and budget reallocation.

Build and ship daily short-form content across Instagram, TikTok, X, and YouTube Shorts using AI tools. Own the end-to-end channel management, including content calendars, community engagement, and data-driven performance optimization.

Build and ship growth experiments, including CRO, A/B testing, and funnel optimization. Leverage AI tools and automation to accelerate iteration speed and improve conversion rates across the user journey.

The Growth Manager is responsible for building and shipping CRO experiments, designing high-converting funnels, and leveraging AI tools to accelerate iteration. They will analyze user data to identify friction points and optimize growth loops to improve LTV/CAC ratios.
