Serve as the Technical Leader for the Planning and Recruiting team, designing and scaling backend systems for clinical trial matching and provider integrations. You will define engineering standards, mentor other engineers, and partner with product managers to translate clinical workflows into scalable technical solutions.

Lead the design, development, and deployment of sophisticated ML and GenAI models to optimize clinical trial workflows and patient engagement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable production-level pipelines and mentor junior engineers on ML best practices.

Manage contracted clinical trials from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and in regulatory compliance. Act as the primary operational contact for study sponsors and coordinate with cross-functional teams to unblock progress and track KPIs.

Lead and expand Academic Medical Center partnerships by transforming foundational relationships into deep, enterprise-level collaborations. Drive internal alignment across sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure the long-term success and adoption of Paradigm's solutions.

Design and execute terminology libraries and source-to-target mappings to ensure data integrity across clinical research products. Develop scalable models to automate data mapping and contribute to the extension of healthcare ontologies and data standards.
