The role focuses exclusively on top-of-funnel activities, including outbound prospecting and conducting discovery calls. The SDR is responsible for delivering tailored product demos and ensuring a clean handoff of qualified leads to the CSM.

Own the end-to-end quality strategy, automation frameworks, and release readiness for the ARBI and Athena AI platforms. This includes validating AI workflows, backend services, and frontend interfaces to ensure reliability and user trust.

Drive revenue by managing the full sales cycle from qualification to closing while building the brand through high-signal content. Architect repeatable GTM systems and execute growth experiments to expand the customer base across TA teams and agencies.

Define and own the overall technical vision, platform architecture, and engineering roadmap while leading and scaling the engineering organization. Oversee the development of backend systems, AI/ML infrastructure, and ensure compliance with enterprise security and privacy frameworks.

Design, build, and maintain scalable batch and streaming data pipelines to support the core AI platform. Collaborate with backend, product, and AI teams to develop robust ingestion, transformation, and retrieval workflows.

The role involves designing, building, and maintaining robust backend systems, including developing and scaling REST APIs using Python and FastAPI, and architecting systems to handle large-scale datasets and high-throughput workflows. Responsibilities also include deploying and maintaining backend services on AWS, owning containerized deployments, and defining engineering standards for performance and observability.
